Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with tracking confirmation.

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:
    •    Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
    •    Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
    •    Carrier delays outside of our control

Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply.
