At Cheveux Cherrelle, each collection is thoughtfully curated and handled with care. Due to the hygienic and luxury nature of our products, we maintain a strict and transparent refund policy outlined below.

By completing a purchase on our Shopify storefront, you agree to the terms of this policy.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of raw hair extensions and hair products:
    •    All sales are final.
    •    We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
    •    Items cannot be returned once opened, worn, installed, altered, brushed, or removed from their original packaging.

For sanitary and quality assurance reasons, we cannot restock or resell previously handled hair products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is:
    •    Damaged upon arrival, or
    •    Incorrect due to our fulfillment error

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation at info@cheveuxcherrelle.com

Your email must include:
    •    Full name and order number
    •    Clear photos of the item(s)
    •    Photos of original packaging
    •    Description of the issue

If approved after review, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds for approved claims — replacement only.

Lost or Stolen Packages

All orders are shipped with tracking confirmation.

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:
    •    Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
    •    Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
    •    Carrier delays outside of our control

If your package is marked delivered but not received, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely fulfillment.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We are committed to resolving concerns directly.

If you have an issue with your order, you agree to contact us at info@cheveuxcherrelle.com before initiating a chargeback.

All chargebacks will be disputed with supporting documentation, including:
    •    Proof of payment authorization
    •    Order confirmation
    •    Shipping confirmation and tracking
    •    Delivery confirmation
    •    Fraud screening and IP verification

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent refusal of future service.
